A WEDDING DAY TO REMEMBER
Kate and Frankie’s wedding day at The Admiral Room in downtown Buffalo, NY was intentional, emotional, and so much fun, the kind of day that proves weddings don’t need to follow tradition.
From an all-black guest dress code to tequila shots instead of a first look, every detail reflected them wholeheartedly.

Getting Ready at The Admiral Room
Both Kate and Frankie got ready onsite at The Admiral Room, allowing the day to flow effortlessly. Their morning began with a curated flat lay of wedding details.
Instead of traditional favors, Kate and Frankie created a wedding merch stand where guests could choose items they actually wanted, a fun, interactive detail that felt modern and thoughtful.

Tequila First Shot > Traditional First Look
Instead of seeing each other beforehand, Kate and Frankie opted for a “first shot” standing back to back, talking, laughing, and taking a shot of tequila together. It was playful, fun and completely them.

A Ceremony Full of Personality
Their ceremony was a reflection of connection and joy and lots of emotions, ending with guests throwing petals as they exited. Since it was still cold outside, we transitioned seamlessly into indoor portraits inside The Admiral Room, keeping everyone warm while still capturing timeless images. Their dog joined them for portraits, making the photos even more personal and meaningful.

A Grand Reception Entrance (Literally)
For their reception, Kate and Frankie made one of the most iconic entrances imaginable. They first peeked out from the upstairs overlook, waving down to their guests, before taking the elevator down for a high energy grand entrance complete with a money gun, instantly setting the tone for the night.
The celebration continued with a champagne tower pour, cake cutting, heartfelt speeches, and dinner before the dance floor officially opened.

Dancing Moments
Their choreographed first dance was so sweet and was followed by Kate’s dance with her dad where she surprised everyone by wearing a Buffalo Bills jersey with their last name.
Frankie shared an emotional dance with his mom, and later in the night, Kate surprised her sister with a birthday cake as it happened to be her birthday, proving once again how intentional this day was.
As the night went on, Bills fans filled the dance floor for the Shout song, the energy skyrocketed, and even their dog stayed out for pets while guests danced around him.
